Just a couple of kilometres south of Apollo Bay is the Marengo Reefs Marine Sanctuary. It’s a beautiful beach to swim at, and if you like to snorkel or dive, 150m off shore is a protected sandstone reef with plenty of marine life to see. Australian fur seals even rest there!
